I was crying and weeping in grief over the loss of Imelda. Her passing was very sudden, and it left me in complete shock. Like nothing I have ever experienced, utter sadness and an array of feelings. It was truly a rock bottom moment in my life and one I feel was a defining moment as well. I have used many forms of healing, especially daily meditations and affirmations to help fill the void.
